  • Commencement of Pre-Camp for Staff and LITs

    Kilcoo Camp 10735 ON-35, Minden, Ontario, Canada

    Staff and LITs are expected to be on site at Kilcoo by 12:00pm. There is a special LIT Bus departing from Sterling Hall School promptly at 9:30am.  Please do not arrive later than 9:15am or you may miss the bus!

    Arrival Day for July One Month & July Two-Week Session A campers: Chartered buses depart from Sterling Hall School at 12:00pm Campers can also be dropped off at Kilcoo by car between 10:30am-12:30pm

  • July Two-Week Session A Closes

    Kilcoo Camp 10735 ON-35, Minden, Ontario, Canada

    Departure Day for July Two-Week Session A campers. Campers can be picked up from Kilcoo between 9:00am-11:00am. There is no return bus to the city for this session.

  • July Two-Week Session B Opens

    Kilcoo Camp 10735 ON-35, Minden, Ontario, Canada

    Arrival Day for July Two-Week Session B campers. Campers can be dropped off by car at Kilcoo between 10:30am-12:30pm. There is no bus to camp for this session.

  • Visitor’s Day (For Families of One-Month Campers)

    Kilcoo Camp 10735 ON-35, Minden, Ontario, Canada

    The program commences at 10:45am with a Chapel Service. Lunch is served to all guests and campers at approximately 12:30pm. We ask parents to depart by 3:00pm. Full program details will be sent out closer to the date. **Please note: All Two-Week campers will be on their canoe trips and not available to visit.

    Departure Day for July One Month & July Two-Week Session B Buses will arrive at Sterling Hall School at approximately 12:30pm Camper can be picked up by car at Kilcoo between 9:00am-11:00am.

Campers can be picked up from Kilcoo between 9:00am-11:00am.  As this is also Visitor's Day, parents picking up their Two-Weekers are welcome to stay and enjoy the day.  The Visitor's Day program ends promptly at 3:00pm There is no return bus to the city for this session.
