DESCRIPTION:ALUMNI/DAUGHTER WEEKEND \nApplications are now closed for Alumni/Daughter Weekend. Please contact the Toronto office with any questions. \nFriday\, September 12 – Sunday\, September 14\, 2025 \nJoin us for a special weekend for former campers and staff whose daughters don’t have the opportunity to attend Kilcoo! It will be a weekend filled with fun\, friendship\, games\, challenges\, sports\, inspiration\, great food\, and laughs. \nMinimum age – 10.\nMaximum age – timeless. \nThe weekend itinerary includes: \nFriday evening arrival after dinner – 7:00pm onwards – and the traditional BINGO extravaganza in the Lodge with evening snack. \nStart your Saturday morning with an optional Polar Bear Dip and then enjoy your favourite Kilcoo camp programming all day long. Both land and waterfront activity areas will be open. Later in the afternoon you can participate in a group softball game or Frolf tournament before a pre-dinner reception in the Lodge (or a movie for the kids!). The evening will end around the campfire. \nSunday will include more open activity time in the morning\, followed by Chapel led by the Kilcoo staff\, before saying our farewells after lunch. \nAccommodation is in camper cabins\, mostly in bunk beds\, hosting a maximum of 8 people. Cabins have electricity plus a fan for warmer days and a space heater for cooler nights. Cabins are close by communal washrooms and showers. There are no cabins with ensuites. \nThe fee for the weekend is $250 per person and includes: \n\nFriday evening snack\n3 delicious meals on Saturday plus adult pre-dinner reception & evening snack\n2 delicious meals on Sunday\nFresh fruit and coffee/tea available all day long in the Lodge\nCabin accommodation for 2 nights\nSupervised access to waterfront and land activities\nSpecial programming such as bingo\, campfires\, sports tournaments and Chapel\n\nAlumni are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.

DESCRIPTION:FAMILY CAMP WEEKEND (aka Bring a Friend to Camp) \nFriday\, September 19th to Sunday\, September 21\, 2025 \nThe Application Form can be found at the bottom of this page – not the “Register Now” button. \nIt’s been a long time\, so we are so excited to reintroduce Family Camp Weekend! This is the perfect opportunity to introduce the Kilcoo magic to a new generation. We’re encouraging Kilcoo campers and alumni to bring their whole family for a special weekend at camp while also inviting cousins\, classmates\, and neighbours – boys whose families are curious about camp and would like to learn more – to come experience Kilcoo for themselves. \nBook a cabin for up to 8 people. This could be your family alone\, two families sharing together\, or your family hosting your son’s friend. \nThe weekend itinerary includes: \nFriday evening arrival – 4:00pm onwards – with a light dinner and the traditional BINGO Extravaganza in the Lodge with evening snack. \nSaturday will run like a typical day at camp! Start your day with an optional Polar Bear Dip\, then flag raising and breakfast. Following cabin clean-up\, groups will rotate through a variety of classic camp activities both on land and on the water. After lunch and rest hour\, there will be more fun programming including a camp-wide game! Enjoy a pre-dinner reception in the Lodge for the adults or a movie for the kids! The evening will end around the campfire. \nSunday will include open activity time in the morning\, followed by Chapel led by the Kilcoo Staff\, before saying our farewells after lunch. \nAccommodation is in camper cabins\, mostly in bunk beds\, hosting a maximum of 8 people. Cabins have electricity plus a fan for warmer days and a space heater for cooler nights. Cabins are close by communal washrooms and showers.
